How you get paid

The risk for RAYZN Dev Studio founders:
We put up the costs for development BUT make no return on our investment
(i.e. we lose money).
The risk for RAYZN Devs:
You work on an awesome project BUT earn nothing for your hard work
(i.e. you don’t lose money).
NOTE:
RAYZN Devs will be paid from the 50% pool of the net revenue of each product they work on for a maximum of 5 years from launch to the market. After 5 years, this rate will drop down 10%. Earnings will be paid in perpetuity. Exact earnings for RAYZN Devs will depend on individual effort, of which will be monitored and ranked by the RAYZN founders. Rankings will be judged fairly based on internal feedback, product quality and delivery speed. All decision from the RAYZN founders are final. RAYZN Dev Studios reserves the right to cancel and/or amend this payment structure at any time. All products built by any and/or all RAZYN Devs will be fully 100% owned and controlled by RAYZN Dev Studios.

Get stuck in straight away planning, designing and coding.
Pitch and develop your own ideas, or ideas from others.
Discuss your preferred stack with your team, or choose your own if working solo!
What we need from YOU:
- Competent enough in English for everyday conversation
- Available for a total of 1 hour per week for team meetings
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- You have written some code before (even if it was bad code!)
Have ideas but no one to execute them with? Join us!
No ideas but want to build an app to make money? Join us!
We'll do the hard work of finding developers and managing business admin.
